Privacy notice
This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, for how long and what your rights are, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
1. Data controller

2. What data I collect
- Data you send through the "Work with me" form: full name, email, Instagram or phone (optional), age range (optional), trading experience, the area you want to work on, the goal you describe.
- Browsing data: the servers hosting the site automatically log some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time), needed to run and protect the site.
- Data you give to external services when you use them from the site: Calendly (booking the call), WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, the event ticket page. These services process your data as independent controllers, under their own privacy notices.
3. Why I use it and on what legal basis
- Assessing your application and getting back to you: pre-contractual steps you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6.1.a), given with the form checkbox.
- Running the site and keeping it secure: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
- Complying with legal obligations, where they apply: Art. 6.1.c.
I don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and I don't sell it to anyone.
4. Where it is stored
Applications are saved in a Google Sheets file that only the controller can access. Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers that have joined it) or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long I keep it
Application data: for as long as needed to assess it and get back to you, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Then it is deleted. Browsing data: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few days or weeks.
7. Cookies and external content
This site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools, and the fonts are stored on the site itself. Some third-party content loads only if you activate it with a click:
- the Calendly calendar, in the "Book a free call" section;
- YouTube videos, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com);
- the testimonial videos, shown through Instagram.
Once activated, these services may set their own cookies. You'll find the details in their privacy notices: Calendly, Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram).
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent whenever you want: it applies from that moment on. To do so, write to info.jacoponardi@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
9. Minors
The form is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please don't send your data.
10. Changes to this notice
If anything changes, I update this page and the date at the top.
